Creamy Milk cake

INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
140g Sugar
1 Vanilla Bean
160g Flour
400g Milk

METHOD
In a bowl add eggs and sugar, whisk with electric mixer.
Add the vanilla bean and mix again. Add the flour.
Slowly add in milk and mix until combined. Put this mixture into the baking form and bake at 180C°/350F for about 40 minutes
