Spinach cheese rolls: crispy and very delicious

Ingredients:
320g ready rolled puff pastry
100g Baby spinach
100g Greek cheese White
50g cheese Block, Grated
30g Prosociano, grated
¼ white onion, finely chopped
1 garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for decoration
 
Directions:
In a pan brown the onion and garlic, then cook the spinach.
Then mix the cheeses and add spinach, mix well.
Spread the puff pastry, fill and cut. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
