Savory puff pastry braid: a creamy, mouth-watering filling

Ingredients:
1 unit rectangular puff pastry
100g ham
70g Swiss cheese
1 egg and 1 teaspoon of milk for brushing
Directions:
Spread the roll and stuff it in the central part, then cut the sides and start to give shape to your braid. Beat the egg and milk and brush the entire surface, bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
