Easy crème caramel flan in three simple steps

Ingredients:
4 Large Eggs
Half a cup of granulated sugar 
2 cups Milk 
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt to balance the sweetness
6 tbsp of sugar for caramelizing 
 
Directions:
Make the caramel and pour into each cups.
Custard: blend together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour the cream on the caramel and bake at 320°F (160°) for 40/45 minutes.
