Creamy lemon chicken: a very succulent and tasty meal

Ingredients:
4-6 chicken thighs
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp. avocado oil
1 cup chicken stock
1oz chopped parsley
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Spread the oil on the chicken breast and season it with salt and pepper.
Then brown it in a pan and pour the chicken broth and the lemon juice. Add parsley and set aside. In the same pan melt the butter, add the flour and other broth. Place the chicken and let it cook for 5/6 minutes.
