Chocolate-filled buns: perfect for breakfast or as a snack

Ingredients:
15g fresh yeast
250g milk
500g all-purpose flour
100g sugar
2 eggs
60ml seed oil
2 chocolate bars
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the remaining ingredients until a smooth. Let rise covered for two hours. Roll out and shape the buns, place the chocolate bars and roll up. Brush the egg on the surface and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
