Banoffee caramel banana pie: the simple and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
100g butter
200g digestive biscuits
250g mascarpone cheese
300g heavy cream
50g icing sugar
360g boiled condensed milk
3 medium bananas
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with melted butter, then spread in the mold's bottom and refrigerate.
In a mixer beat the mascarpone, heavy cream and sugar.
Cover the base with boiled condensed milk, banana and cream, let cool for 4 hours and serve.
