Quark Cheesecake: The German Version You'll Want To Try

Ingredients:
Base:
250g all-purpose flour
125g butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
150g sugar
1 yolk
1 teaspoon yeast
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
750g quark cheese
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
250g sugar
125g butter
Lemon zest
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
750g quark cheese
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
250g sugar
125g butter
Lemon zest
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a planetary mixer and mix until smooth. Then make the crust of the cheesecake and spread in a baking dish. Combine the butter with the lemon zest and the rest of the ingredients. Separately beat the egg whites until stiff. Then add and slowly stir. Then pour into the pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 50 minutes.
