Cream cheese pudding tart: a fragrant crust and a tasty filling

Ingredients:
Tart:
200g cake flour
25g ground almonds
70g powder sugar
2g salt
120g unsalted butter
vanilla beans
1 egg yolk + egg white = 35g
Cheese pudding:
100g cream cheese
40g sugar
2 eggs
130g milk
120g heavy cream
vanilla beans
Honey caramel glaze:
80g heavy cream
5g honey
10g cold water
2g gelatin
45g sugar
Directions:
In a blender mix flour, ground almonds, powder sugar and salt. Then add vanilla, butter and eggs. Spread the crust and put in the refrigerator.
Then cut and place in the mold, bake at 400°F (200°) for 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients of pudding and heat until creamy. Pour on the crust and bake at 320°F (160°) for 50 minutes.
Microwave heavy cream, honey and mix gelatin into the water. Caramelize the sugar and mix all, pour on the cake and chill overnight.
