Flaky buttermilk biscuits: tasty and crispy snacks rich of flavor

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter chilled
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup half and half or whole milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add grated butter and mix well. In a measuring cup, combine vinegar and half and half and stir. Add egg and whisk well. Pour on the dry ingredients until the dough starts to come together. Spread and cut the dough into circles, cover with melted butter. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 18 minutes.
