Focaccia with cheese and rosemary: fragrant and delicious

Ingredients:
227g water
227g all-purpose flour
7g yeast
Directions:
Mix until mixture is smooth, then cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 8-10 hours.

70g olive oil
340g all-purpose flour
14g salt

Add the water to the previous mixture, then add the oil, yeast and flour. Combine all the ingredients. Then cover and let rise for 1 hour. After an hour, grease the surface and let it rise another hour. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with grated cheese, then bake at 250°C (500°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with rosemary.
