Brioche Bread Recipe: Fluffy and Fragrant Snack That Everyone Will Love

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
4g salt
30g sugar
11g active dry yeast
60ml whole milk
2 eggs
100g butter
1 egg
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and sugar. In another bowl, mix milk, yeast and eggs. Combine the two mixtures and shape a loaf. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then add all the butter. Finally, cover with a plate and let rise until doubled. Shape the three loaves, place in a baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Brush an egg yolk and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes,then put another pan with a glass of wate in the oven (in this way you can dissolve the steam better).
