Mini cheesy tarts: your guests will adore them

Ingredients:
Tart:
85g ( 1/2 cup ) Soften butter
2. 25g ( 1 & 1/2 tbsp full )Caster sugar
3. 1/2 ( 25g ) Egg
4. 155g ( 1 & 1/8 cup ) All purpose flour
5. 8g ( 1 tbsp ) Milk powder
Cream filling:
165g ( 5.82 oz ) Soften cream cheese
35g ( 3 tbsps ) Caster sugar
10g ( 1 tbsp lesser ) Soften butter
1 Egg
35g ( 3 tbsps ) Heavy cream (also known as double cream, whipping cream, has a fat content between 36~40%)
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
Melted chocolate for decoration:
10g ( 1 tbsp ) Chocolate buttons
1/2 tsp Water
Directions:
Crust: mix the butter with sugar, then add eggs, flour and milk powder. Combine well and make a dough, chill for 1 hour. Then bake at 300°F (150°) for 15 minutes.
Cream: first mix the cheese with sugar, then add butter and egg. Finally add cream and lemon juice. Pour on the crust, add the chocolate and bake at 300°F (150°) for 20 minutes.
