Homemade Ciabatta Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
400ml water
10g salt
12g yeast
olive oil
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth mixture. Leave to rise covered, then shape the loaves of the desired size and bake at 220°C (440°F) for 20 minutes.
