Easy homemade appetizers: you only need sandwich bread!

Creamy, quick and scrumptious! They are addictive!

INGREDIENTS

For 8 to 12 people:

Sobrasada canapes:

4 slices of bread

3 slices of cheese

Sobrasada

Cheese spread

A slice of serrano ham.

Canapes of goat cheese with nuts:

4 slices of bread, pork pate

6 slices of goat cheese

Strawberry jam and nuts.

Canapes of bread with tomato and ham:

4 slices of bread

1 tomato cut into slices

4 slices of ham

olive oil and salt.

Ham and cheese rolls:

4 slices of bread

10 slices of pork ham

a handful of boneless black olives

cheese spread.

Salmon and cheese rolls:

4 slices of sliced bread

sliced smoked or marinated salmon

half a tender onion

4 or 5 pickles in vinegar

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
