Roasted Cauliflower with parmesan and garlic: the recipe of the tasty side dish

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter melted
2 garlic cloves minced
1 cup Italian or plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium cauliflower head

1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium cauliflower head
Directions:
Cut the cauliflower, mix butter and minced garlic. Mix also the bread crumbs with parmesan. Put the cauliflower in the butter and then in the bread crumbs, place on a baking tray. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 32 minutes.
