How to make Mozzarella cheese at home

If you love mozzarella cheese try to make it at home, it's very easy!
Pour the milk in a stainless pan, heat at medium flame. Mix slowly until the milk reaches 90° F. Then remove form the heat and add the rennet, mix for 30 seconds. Then cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
When the milk had set, cut the curd with a steel ladle as the video shows.
Put over the flame again and heat until it reaches 105°F. Then put the curd in a strainer, heat until it reaches 175°F, add salt and mix for 30 minutes.
Put the strainer with the curd inside the hot liquid. Continue heating until the curd it reaches 130°F.
Then transfer the cheese on the table and make a ball, put it inside a bowl with ice and for 30 minutes.
