Codfish with olives, tomatoes and potatoes: a meal rich of flavor

Ingredients:
600 gr fresh cod
Green olives
Salt and pepper
1 red onion
Parsley
1 chili pepper
Olive oil
260 gr peeled tomatoes
2 potatoes
Preparation:
Cut the onion and brown it in a pan with oil.
Then add the tomato, parsley, red pepper and olives. Cook and add salt and potatoes. Finally add the cod and 1 glass of water, cook for 30 minutes.
