How to make sausage cheese and puff pastry sticks: perfect for your party

Ingredients:
Sausages
Puff pastry
Cheddar cheese
 
Sauce:
½ red onion
Large handful of chives
2 part sour cream
1 part mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
 
Directions:
Sauce: in a bowl mix all the ingredients and make a creamy sauce.
Cut the puff pastry and cover the sausages, add the cheddar and insert a toothpick in each one. Bake at 350°f (180°) for 12 minutes.
