Puff pastry with spinach, feta cheese and pine nuts: a tasty meal

Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
500 grams of soft feta cheese
50 grams of pine nuts
190 grams of spinach
100 grams og mozzarella
2 sheets of puff pastry (2 x 270 grams)
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Directions:
In a skillet cook onion and red pepper with oil, then add pine nuts, salt and spinach. Then add feta, mozzarella and pepper. Fill the puff pastry, cut on the top. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
