Pistachio Cheesecake: Creamy, Delicious Dessert

Ingredients:
Crust:
200g of Graham crackers
120g melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
Garnishing:
500 g cream cheese
300 g condensed milk
2 packs of pistachio pudding mix
5 eggs
Ground pistachios
 
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix with butter and sugar. Crush them on the bottom of a cake pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Mix the cheese with condensed milk, pudding and eggs. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 70 minutes. Cover with ground pistachios.
