Zucchini fritters: crispy and easy to make

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
50g all-purpose flour
40g Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Slice the zucchini and season with salt. Combine the zucchini with the egg, flour and Parmesan. Stir, then deep fry the fritters and serve.
