Penguin cake: the cake that your kids will love

Ingredients:
3 eggs

45g sugar
80g butter, softened

2 teaspoons baking powder
100ml milk

250g mascarpone
150g cream cheese
400g whipped cream
50g powdered sugar

50g powdered sugar
60g milk chocolate
40g whipping cream
20g butter
40g whipping cream

180g milk chocolate

Directions:
Whip the whites with sugar and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate. Combine the butter with the sugar and the 3 egg yolks. Combine the flour with cocoa, corn starch and baking powder. Add the milk and blend everything. Combine all the ingredients, pour into a bowl and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes. Cut the cake into 3 parts. Whip the cream, then add the mascarpone, the powdered sugar and the cream cheese. Melt the chocolate with the butter and the cream. Spread a layer of cream alternating with melted chocolate. Cover with milk chocolate and butter. Refrigerate for a few hours, then serve.
