Eggplant roll-ups: a tasty idea for a delicious dinner

Ingredients:
2 round eggplants
Bread crumbs
Olive oil
salt
200g smoked cheese
150g Mozzarella
Tomato sauce
Oregano
200g turkey
 
Directions:
Wash and cut the aubergines into thin slices. Dip them in olive oil and coat in breadcrumbs (mixed with salt). Place them on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. Subsequently fill and roll the slices of eggplant, then bake for another 5-7 minutes.
