Pasta bake with beef and gouda: a delicious idea for lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
½ lbs of pasta
½ lbs of minced beef + oil, salt and pepper
½ onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of passata
4 tbsp of tomato paste
2 tsp of dried basil
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
5.3 oz of gouda cheese
Directions:
Cook the beef with onion (chopped), salt, oil and pepper. Then add garlic, cream, passata, tomato paste, dried basil, cayenne, salt and pepper. Add the pasta and amalgamate all together. Cover with gouda cheese and bake at 350°F (180°) for 18-20 minutes.
