Crispy Italian Carnival fritters (Chiacchiere) with Limoncello: delicious

Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour
1 egg
50g milk
1 glass limoncello ( or lemon aroma)

25g butter
lemon zest
25g sugar
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the flour with egg, butter, milk, sugar, limoncello and lemon zest. Finally, add a pinch of salt and stir until mixture is smooth. Then roll out the dough well and cut the chiacchiere. Deep fry in hot oil and serve with powdered sugar.
