Skillet chicken wings with potatoes: the succulent dish

Ingredients:
450 gr chicken wings
salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of a big lemon
1 large clove of garlic
Rosemary
1/4 cup of apple vinegar
750gr of potatoes
Parsley
Ground black pepper
salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
In a pan heat the oil and brown the chicken wings. Add the lemon juice, garlic clove, rosemary and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the salt and pepper, mix well and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Peel, wash and cut the potatoes, and cook them in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil. After 5 minutes add the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, pour the vinegar into the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and mix together.
