Homemade stuffed parcels: a tasty recipe your family will love

Ingredients:
Dough:
400ml milk
pinch of salt
250g all-purpose flour
20g butter
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Filling:
2 potatoes, medium
150g sausage
Salt to taste
4-5 tablespoons béchamel
1 small zucchini
Sweet cheese, diced
Directions:
Dough: pour the milk into a saucepan, add salt, butter and bring to a boil. Then add the flour and mix until smooth.
Sauté the sausages and zucchini (separately), then boil and mash the potatoes.
In two separate bowls, combine the potatoes with sausage, zucchini, béchamel and cheese. Stuff the parcels, dip them in the eggs and coat in the breadcrumbs, then deep fry in hot oil.
