Chicken and roasted potatoes: the mushroom cream will add a special touch

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs with skin + salt
2.5 lbs of small potatoes + 3 tbsp of oil, salt and pepper
1/3 stick of butter
1 lbs of mushrooms
1 large yellow onion or 2 smaller ones
2 bags of Knorr bearnaise sauce mix
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of milk
Directions:
Season the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle some salt on the chicken too. Bake (potatoes and chicken) at 350°F (180°) for 45 minutes.
Make the sauce: in a pan brown the mushrooms with butter and onion. Add other ingredients and let them cook, finally add the potatoes.
Place the chicken on top and serve.
