Cheese tortillas: a simple recipe to make snack or light lunch!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
4 flour tortillas
1 cup queso
1 cup cheddar cheese
 
METHOD
Heat the olive oil in the skillet. Add onion, garlic, beef and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain it, and add all seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Spread 1-2 tbsp of queso and put 2-3 tbsp beef mixture on the top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and fry on the skillet for 3-4 minutes.
