Chicken pops: a simple recipe of chicken snack you can make anytime!

These crispy chicken pops are a great, easy snack or lunch served with salad!
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil

3 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
500g pasta shells, cooked
Filling
400g cream cheese
100g cheddar, grated
100g mozzarella, grated
100ml hot sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground red pepper
½ tsp black pepper
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups panko
1 tsp salt
METHOD
- Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown, season with salt and pepper on both sides
- Place it in a bowl and shred using 2 forks.
- Add all filling ingredients and mix
- Fill 2 shells with chicken mixture and flip them together.
- Mix flour with salt.
- Beat eggs
- Dip the shells in flour, egg and panko breadcrumbs, put on a stick and fry in oil until golden brown
