Baked salmon with potatoes: a simple, tasty recipe

Ingredients:
400g fresh salmon fillet
4 potatoes
Parsley, washed and chopped
Crushed garlic
Olives to taste
Capers to taste
4 or 5 bay leaves
Salt, pepper, olive oil
 
Directions:
Finely chop the potatoes and form strips of salmon. Pour the oil into a pan and then start alternating the ingredients. Finally bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes (cover with aluminum foil).
