Chocolate panna cotta with fondue: the mouth-watering dessert

Ingredients:
For the chocolate panna cotta:
30ml of hot water
8g gelatin leaves 
200ml whole milk
200ml cream, already sweetened 
30g caster sugar
120g dark chocolate
 
For the fondue:
120g extra dark chocolate
160ml cream, already sweetened
 
Directions:
Put the gelatin leaves in water and grease four glasses. In a saucepan pour the milk, the cream, sugar and heat. Then add the gelatin and chocolate, melt and pour into the glasses. Refrigerate for 4 hours, then melt the chocolate in the cream and pour over the panna cotta before serving.
