Sarde A Beccafico: The Sicilian Recipe For Sardines That Will Leave You Speechless

Ingredients:
700g sardine fillets
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese
2 cloves garlic
Parsley
pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
 
Directions:
Clean the sardines well and prepare the filling with breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley and pepper. Stuff them, dip them in the eggs and coat in the bread crumbs, deep fry and serve.
