Santa meringue cookies: absolutely adorable to see and tasty to eat

Ingredients:
4 eggs
300 gr sugar
Water
Food coloring
Directions:
Prepare the syrup: in a pot pour the same quantity of sugar and water. Boil in low heat. Separate yolk and white egg and pour egg whites into a large clean mixing bowl. Beat them on medium speed with an electric hand whisk until the mixture resembles a fluffy cloud and stands up in stiff peaks when the blades are lifted. Then add sugar and mix well.Finish by putting the syrup in. Take about two spoons of meringue and add red food coloring. Realize the Santa Claus’ body. With white meringue realize the beard and lower part of body. For the skin add peach food coloring. With black meringue realize the belt and shoes. Bake for 2 hours to 90°C and dry it in the oven for an hour to 70°C. Finally with a food pen realize the eyes.
