Oreo booringues

Ingredients:115ml Water.
225g Sugar.
4 Egg Whites.
Oreo Cookies.
Tube of confectioners sugar paste.
Instructions:
Add the water and sugar to a pan and bring to a temperature of 115°C or 240F.
Whisk your egg whites until they begin to foam.
Slowly pour in your sugar syrup to your egg whites and whisk vigorously until they cool to room temperature.
Transfer your meringue to a piping bag.
Split an Oreo cookie in half using a twisting motion.
Pipe your meringue on to the Oreo cookie halves.
Pipe on arms.
Draw a face.
