Tall, soft apple cake: easy, quick & yummy

Ingredients:
5 eggs
120g sugar
120g all-purpose flour
30 g olive oil
40g milk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
pinch of salt
2 apples, medium
Zest of a lemon
Directions:
Cut the apples and divide the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with vinegar and then add the sugar. Add the egg yolks and mix with the rest, then add the zest, flour and salt. Then add milk, oil and combine everything. Pour the mixture into an 18 cm cake pan and cover with apples. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 40 minutes.
