Grandma's cake: a classic dessert, with pastry and custard covered with crispy pine nuts

Ingredients:
400g all-purpose flour
150g sugar
150g butter
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
500g custard
20g pine nuts
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and knead with your hands, wrap the pastry in the fridge to harden for about 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap. Roll the pastry on the rolling pin and unroll it on the mold. Poke holes on the bottom with a fork and pour the custard. Now spread the leftovers of pastry and roll out the circle obtained on the pan to cover. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50 minutes.
