Pandoro cake: a fluffy and delicious cake ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
60ml (1/3 cup) milk
20g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
500g (4 cups) flour 00
3 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
50g butter
25g (1/4 cup) orange zest
50g softened butter
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk with sugar, yeast and a few tablespoons of flour. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Add in eggs, sugar, orange zest, butter and flour. Mix everything together and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Mix in more butter and transfer to a baking pan. Let it rise for 30-40 minutes more.
- Bake at 150 'C (300'F) for 50 minutes.
