Lemon pound cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
300 gr flour 00
16 gr baking powder
4 eggs
250 gr granulated sugar
150 gr of seed oil
Peel of two lemons
70 gr lemon juice
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and lemon peel. Then add the lemon juice and mix.
Sift flour and yeast and add to the dough.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
