Baked rice tomato: the recipe to prepare a rich meal

Ingredients:
8 tomatoes
4 medium potatoes
2 onions
4 cups of rice
Oil
Basil
Olives and capers
Bread crumbs
Origan
Directions:
Wash the tomatoes well and empty them, strain the pulp.
Put the tomatoes on a pan with oil, salt and basil. Then also cut the potatoes into wedges.
Heat the sauce obtained from the pulp with salt and oil. Then add the rice, basil and a little water. Cook for 15 minutes.
Soften the onions in the pan with water and salt.
Then in the same pan cook the potatoes for a few minutes.
At this point, stuff the tomatoes with the rice, add the potatoes and onions.
Cover with a drizzle of oil, salt, oregano and bake at 356°F (175°) for 25 minutes.
