Crumble apricot pie: easy, fast and mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
200 gr butter
75 gr icing sugar
6 baking powder
1 sachet of vanillin
Apricot jam

Directions:
In the mixer, mix butter, powdered sugar, yeast and vanillin.
Then add the flour and mix again.
Roll out most of the dough into a mold, then roll out the jam.
Cover with pieces of dough and bake at 320°F (160 °) for 60 minutes.
