Apricots roll: a sweet dessert ready wit 5 ingredients!

A simple and quick recipe that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
75g (4 tbsp) Sugar
120g (1 cup) Flour
60g (4 tbsp) Oil
500g (3 1/2 cups) Apricots
 
Decoration:
Chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the apricots.
  2. In a bowl add eggs and sugar. Whisk it and add flour, Mix it well and add oil. In a rectangular pan put the apricots.
  3. Pour the mixture over them. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll it and decorate it with some melted chocolate. Cut into slices and serve.
