Apricots roll: a sweet dessert ready wit 5 ingredients!

A simple and quick recipe that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
75g (4 tbsp) Sugar
120g (1 cup) Flour
60g (4 tbsp) Oil
500g (3 1/2 cups) Apricots
Decoration:
Chocolate
METHOD
- Cut the apricots.
- In a bowl add eggs and sugar. Whisk it and add flour, Mix it well and add oil. In a rectangular pan put the apricots.
- Pour the mixture over them. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
- Roll it and decorate it with some melted chocolate. Cut into slices and serve.
