Cold soup with tomatoes and peppers: a perfect meal for summer days

Ingredients:
1/2 kg of ripe tomato
1 red onion
1 cucumber
1 pepper (red or yellow)
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Tabasco
Salt to taste

Directions:
Cut all the ingredients and blend them together. Then put the soup in the fridge for 2 hours and then taste it with toasted bread.
