INGREDIENTS
190g pistachio cream
350g whipping cream
Milk

DIRECTIONS

Pour the pistachio cream into a bowl and start pouring two tablespoons of milk, mixing with an electric mixer. Keep mixing, pouring all the milk little by little. Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream with an electric mixer. Take back the cream and combine the whipped cream with the spatula, moving from bottom to top. To enrich the flavor of your ice cream, add a "secret ingredient": sweetened cocoa powder. Pour the ice cream into the mold; for a soft and creamy texture, freeze for 3/4 hours, for a creamy yet dense texture freeze for 12/15 hours.
