4 tomatoes
1 large onion
1 eggplant
1 carrot
2 peppers (green and yellow)

Preparation:
Cut all the ingredients into cubes. In the pan fry the onion and then add all the other ingredients. Finally, also pour the tomatoes' pulp. When the filling is ready, fill the tomatoes and put them in a baking tray with oil and parsley. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 25/30 minutes.
