Savory and filled dorayaki: a tasty and quick break

Ingredients:
180 gr of 00 flour
200 ml of milk
1 egg
1 tsp of honey
2 gr of dry beer yeast
salt 1.b.
20 gr of grated cheese

20 gr of grated cheese
To fill:
Tomatoes
Lattuce
Spreadable cheese or mozzarella
Sauces(ketchup or mayo)
Sauces(ketchup or mayo)
Directions:
In a bowl put honey, milk, salt and the egg. Mix together. Then add the grated cheese, yeast and flour. Mix well, cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then cook and fill the dorayaki.
