Strawberry ricotta crumble: a real treat for your palate

Ingredients:
Ingredients for the pastry:
300g flour
1 egg
150g sugar
150g butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8g baking powder

Ingredients for ricotta filling:
250g fresh ricotta
50g powdered sugar
Ingredients for strawberry topping:
250g strawberries
2 tablespoons sugar
250g fresh ricotta
50g powdered sugar
Ingredients for strawberry topping:

2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Beat butter on a bowl with an electric mixer, then gradually add the ingredients and stir until you get a sandy mixture.
Filling: in a bowl, mix together ricotta and sugar until thick.
Cut the strawberries and cook them on the stove for a few minutes.
Make the crumble as shown in the video and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
