Strawberry cobbler

Ingredients:
For the filling:
¼ cup cornstarch;
¼ cup sugar;
1 tbsp lemon juice;
750g (1 ½ pound) fresh strawberries, cut in quarters.

2 tsp baking powder;
½ tsp salt;
6 tbs cold butter, cut into small pieces;
¾ cup cold full-fat cream.

Instructions
For the dough mix flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Add cold butter and rub it with flour mixture using your fingers to make small crumbs.
Pour cold cream into the crumbs and stir with a spoon to make a sticky dough.
For the filling add cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice to sliced strawberries, stir to combine.
Put strawberry filling in a baking pan, cover with portions of dough. Pout some extra cream on top (no more than 2 tbsp) and transfer into the oven.
Bake at 190C (375F) for 1 hour. Let cool down for 2 hours before serving.
