Alcoholic strawberries

INGREDIENTS
50 extra-large strawberries
1 package blueberry jelly powder
1 cup hot water
2 1/2 tsp gelatin powder
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup vodka, divided

METHOD
Use a paring knife or small spoon to clean the strawberries in the middle.
Mix hot water with blueberry jelly and 1 tsp gelatin powder. Combine with a 1/2 cup of the vodka.
Place 1/2 cup cream into a medium saucepan. Sprinkle remaining gelatin and mix to combine. Add sugar. Heat until combine.
Mix the white gelatin with 1/2 cup of the vodka.
Fill 1/2 strawberries with blue jelly, chill for 1 hour. Fill strawberries with cream mixture, chill for 1 hour.
Cut each strawberry in half from the top down.
